We provide Northern Ireland’s homeless with care packages, including food, sleeping bags, clothing, and other items essential for decent and dignified…
We help with form filling to people who need help with filling out forms and other paperwork.
We offer support to help people tackle all kinds of issues such as rent arrears, benefits issues, and social isolation.
We hold regular events and meetings to help raise awareness of the homelessness situation in Northern Ireland.
Our work is to get the homeless of the streets for Good..
We have an Assertive Outreach Team who go out onto the streets of Belfast and Lisburn, to help people off the streets and into accommodation.
The service works assertively with:
- All rough sleepers
- Those insecurely housed and at immediate risk of rough sleeping
- Those leading street-based lifestyles which may involve begging and street-drinking
Our outreach team pro-actively identifies rough sleepers through regular outreach sessions and responds swiftly to local reports of people sleeping rough or engaged in street-based activity. It takes a multi-agency and person-centred approach to supporting people off the streets and into appropriate accommodation and services, as quickly as possible.
We seeks to secure a rapid, supported re-connection for rough sleepers who are not from the local area. It actively works with the whole community to improve the lives of rough sleepers, increase understanding and awareness of rough sleeping and reduce anti-social behaviour and to improve the environment.
